Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
Zeneth AI Caller is a product of Zeneth Pro LLC, Kissimmee, Florida, USA. This policy covers the website voice.zenethpro.com, the customer portal, and the Zeneth AI Caller service itself: AI phone agents that answer and place calls, send text messages, and log conversations for the businesses that subscribe to the service. The general Zeneth Pro policy at zenethpro.com/privacy also applies; where this page is more specific, this page controls.
2. Information we collect
- Account data. Name, email address, mobile phone number (verified by a one-time code), password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text), and company details you provide.
- Call data. When a call is made to or from an AI agent we process the audio of the call, a text transcript, caller ID information, call duration, and a summary of the conversation. Calls handled for subscribed businesses may be recorded. Live browser demo calls on our homepage are not recorded.
- Text messages. Messages sent to and from an agent's phone number, including delivery status, so the agent can hold a conversation and honor opt-outs.
- Website demo data. If you use the "your website" demo, we collect the URL you submit, your name and mobile number (verified by a one-time code), and the demo conversation.
- Billing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers; we keep subscription status, plan, and usage (minutes and texts) for metering.
- Usage and analytics. Standard web logs and Google Analytics 4 events (for example page views, demo starts, and sign-ups). See section 7.
3. Call recording and consent
Calls answered or placed by an AI agent may be recorded and transcribed to deliver the service, provide the business with call logs, and improve answer quality. Businesses that subscribe to Zeneth AI Caller are responsible for complying with the call recording and telemarketing laws that apply to them, including obtaining any consent required in their callers' jurisdictions and playing any required disclosures.
4. Text messaging (SMS) and consent
SMS consent is collected during an active phone call or through an explicit online opt-in. Message frequency varies by conversation. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out and HELP for help. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third parties. Full program details are at our SMS program page.
5. How we use information
- Operate the service: answer and place calls, send requested texts, deliver call summaries and recordings to the subscribed business, and sync with the business's own systems when they connect them.
- Meter and bill subscriptions through Stripe.
- Review call quality and improve agent behavior. Automated quality review may score calls and suggest improvements; suggestions are applied only after human approval.
- Provide support, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
6. When we share information
We share data only with service providers needed to run the platform, under contracts limiting their use of it: telephony and SMS carriers (including Twilio), payment processing (Stripe), cloud hosting and databases, and speech recognition, speech synthesis, and language processing providers that process call audio and text to power the agents. We may disclose information when required by law. If a business you called subscribes to Zeneth AI Caller, the contents of your call with their agent belong to that business and are shared with them.
7. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used and to measure advertising. GA4 sets cookies and collects device and usage data as described in Google's own policies. You can block cookies in your browser without breaking the core site.
8. Your rights and choices
You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time from the portal, or by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your agents, releases your phone numbers, and cancels billing. Callers who wish to have a specific recording or transcript removed can contact us with the phone number and approximate call time. Residents of states with privacy laws (for example California, Colorado, Virginia) may exercise their access and deletion rights by email; we do not sell or share personal information as those laws define it.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access to production systems is restricted and audited, recordings are served only through access-controlled or signed links, and databases enforce row-level access rules. No system is perfectly secure; report any concern to the email below.
10. Retention
Call recordings, transcripts, and summaries are kept while the subscribed business's account is active so it can review its call history, and are deleted when the account is deleted. Billing records are kept as required by tax and accounting law. Demo data and unverified sign-ups are pruned periodically.
11. Children
The service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
12. Changes
We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the portal.
