Zeneth AI Caller — SMS Program

Zeneth AI Caller, a product of Zeneth Pro LLC, provides AI phone receptionists that answer business phone lines. This page describes the program's text messaging (SMS) and how consent works.

How you opt in

Consent is collected verbally, during an active phone call that you place to a business using Zeneth AI Caller. During the call, you may ask the receptionist to text you a specific link the business offers — for example a booking calendar, an application form, or business information. A typical exchange:

Exactly one text message is sent per request, only to the phone number you are calling from, containing only the link you asked for. You will not receive any messages unless you ask for one on a call.

Message frequency and rates

• One message per request; no recurring, promotional, or marketing messages.
• Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier's plan.

Opting out and help

• Reply STOP to any message to opt out. You will receive a final confirmation, then no further messages.
• Reply HELP for help, or email contact@zenethpro.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Your data
